Minor's Complete Professional line of specialty soup base, sauce preps, gravies, and ready-to-use sauces.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We used to use the product and became unable to purchase it anywhere because it is sold, for the most part, through large foodservice distributors. We approached the company, L. J. Minor on West 25th (a Nestle USA owned company) and were able to convince them that we should distribute the line to home users.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We sell individual units or more the home users with lots or recipes. We also ship to a variety of foodservice and retail accounts across the country and to home users around the world. We are unique in how, who, and where we send the product.
